Rachel

Another fun senior session! Once again, my coaching days introduced me to Rachel, This time it was tennis. So naturally, we started this session at the tennis courts! Rachel's mom asked for one black and white photo with a color effect, so that was fun to play around with in my editing software. From there, we moved on to some water shots- this is northern Minnesota, after all! Not many sessions happen without me or the model getting in some water! These turned out very pretty! Next we were off to find some fields. I always have a specific field in mind prior to the session, but as we travel along, I am also known to stop to snap a few pics in another cool location that I spot along the way. Once we did reach our field, the sun was just peeking out behind some trees. I tried to catch a few rays, for a really nice lighting effect. The field of flowers by itself was beautiful- then when you add a cute model like Rachel- voila! I LOVE these pics! As you can see from Rachels photo gallery, I am a sucker for Minnesota wildflowers! I love taking portraits among them.

The next morning we met up again to get some portraits with Rachel and her natural curls! Beautiful! We shot some really cool photos among some old building and artifacts. This was such a fun session! Thanks Rachel for choosing me to be your photographer! I hope you have an amazing senior year!
