Amelia

When I first met Amelia at the beginning of her session, she says, "I am not very photogenic." WHAT? I told her that I was sure that was not true! And let me tell you we got some gorgeous photos! We had to battle the smoky haze coming from forest fires, but in some cases it led to some nice sun effects. Amelia was so fun to photograph! We started in town and then headed out to Osage. I finally got to take some pics on a set of stairs that I have been eyeing up for awhile! They turned out just as I imagined them to! Then we went to a little park and got some really nice pics on a cute little trail. I love how Amelia had a hat to wear and use as a prop-super cute! Next, we went to the beach. We got some on the sand and in the water. And...we had to get a photo of some splashing around! We then headed to the fields. We got some in grasses with flowers- LOVE! I always have a chair with me, so we used that in some of these. Next, the sunflower fields are in full bloom, so we went there next! Beautiful! The smoke makes the sun orange so that is also a cool effect. I had to include one of Amelia's funny faces- I love some of these when she was just messing with me and having fun. I love when my clients have fun with their session. Our last stop was downtown Park Rapids to get some more "urban" looking pics. These turned out great, as well! It was a fun session and Amelia was a beautiful model! I wish you all the best as you go into your senior year, Amelia!
